Job Summary
On-call LVN or RN position for weekend shift providing skilled nursing care in home or facility settings. Must have clinical hospice experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or RN License in California
- One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is required

- Previous experience in palliative care and intake is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
